Norway is one of the world's most socially conscious countries with low pollution, outstanding medical care, and extensive support programs, and it shows this off with its SPI No. 1 ranking. At 53.31 out of 100 points in access to advanced education, it comes up high, but even that is not enough to drag it down — Norway's No. Twenty-nine ranked $434 billion in GDP, and No. 15 ranked $50,966 in average income dropped its overall ranking to No. 10 on our list of wealthiest nations, but it is still quite high for these shortcomings.
